Personal Information

In order to provide services, Anh Minh collects and may disclose personal and non-personal information about you and the beneficiary of the fund transfer, such as name, address, and phone number. In addition, depending on the services requested and/or the amount of your money transfer, Anh Minh may ask but will not disclose personal and non-personal information, such as Identification, date of birth, Social Security number, occupation, source of fund, and any other information necessary to verify and process the money transfer request.

Safe Guard

We store and process your personal information on our company owned computers. As a secondary security measure, we also have an off-site back-up facility that abide to the privacy act and does not disclose your personal information, and we protect it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable state regulations. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data are password protected, we restrict physical access to certain rooms in our office & buildings where files are stored, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

How we use the information

We use your information to contact you, mail your receipt, and advertising materials. We may be required to provide your private information to different government agencies as required and permitted by laws.

Privacy Practices of Third Parties

We do not share your personal data with anyone for commercial purposes. We will not use your personal data such as your name, address, phone number for our own advertising and marketing purposes.

California Residents Rights

Request to Know. California residents have the right to request, twice in a 12-month period the categories of personal information we have collected about you during the preceding 12 months and, for each category of personal information, the following:

This request can be made by calling Anh Minh Customer Service at 1 (866) 444-2636 or by submitting your request online at www.anhminhmt.com or by sending the Mail-in Form to Anh Minh by first class mail (to Anh Minh Money Transfer, Inc. , Attn: CCPA, 9211 Bolsa Ave., #104 Westminster, CA 92683). This request can be made up to two times during a 12 month period.

Request to Delete. You also may have the right to request the deletion of the personal information we have collected from you. Once you have confirmed you are a California resident, you may submit a personal information request by calling Anh Minh’s Customer Service at 1 (866) 444-2636 or by submitting your request online at www.anhminhmt.com or by sending the Mail-in Form to Anh Minh at 9211Bolsa Ave., #104 Westminster, CA 92683. The request can be made up to two times during a 12 month period.

Upon receiving a request, Anh Minh will confirm its receipt within 7 days and will provide information on how we will verify your identity and process you request. We will then respond within 30 days of receiving the request.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a personal information request on your behalf. If you choose to designate an agent, you may be required to provide the authorized agent with signed permission to make your request, verify your own identity directly with us and directly confirm with us that you have provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.

To respond to your request, we will need to collect information from you to verify your identity and to enable us to link the information we hold to your verified identity. The verification process helps ensure that we are honoring your requests for information about you, and not about someone else. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a request.
